threshold5 exists because managers running 15 to 75 doors almost never have a video person on staff, and a crew day per property never pencils out. So we cut the crew out of it. You send the listing, we build a short cinematic film from the photos that are already on it.
One thing we say upfront: these are ad films. The motion is generated from stills, so we sell them as social and ad content, not as a factual tour of the property.
